Southwold Tennis Coaching

This coaching is held at Pitstop cafe tennis courts. Click to see map.

Tots Coaching (Saturday 9.00pm - 9.30pm)

The coaching is for players aged between 4 and 6 years of age. The group is all about fun and getting kids started in tennis. It is a lot of co-ordination games and simple hitting over the net.

Mini Red & Orange Coaching (Saturday 9.30pm - 10.30pm)

Once a player can show they can rally with the coach, they can move up from the Tots group into this group. Here we develop technique and introduce basic match play. The group is still about fun and games but starts to introduce the building blocks of tennis.

Mini Green & Full Tennis Coaching (Saturday 10.30pm - 11.30pm)

This group is for players aged 12-16. The group is still fun but concentrates more on proper technique. We start to introduce match play and strategies to play the game.
